THE PROJECT
Project overview
Brooklyn 41 is a mixed residential and commercial development in the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. The project description identifies a five-story building of approximately 31,000 square feet, with 28 one- and two-bedroom residences, outdoor resident space, bicycle storage, and underground parking. Four ground-floor commercial spaces, totaling approximately 6,800 square feet, are designed for uses including medical offices and childcare facilities.
Neighborhood and access
The site is between Fort Hamilton Parkway and New Utrecht Avenue, approximately 0.3 miles from the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station and approximately 1.5 miles from Prospect Park.
